What technology does your employer use?

Most tech centered employers are failing when it comes to  safety, health, and wage theft.  Surveillance is often used to train new AI technologies. If your employer is using surveillance within your workplace, you and your co-workers are probably training new AI systems without your knowledge. This is a form of forced labor, by way of fraud.
